How to avail Claim Guarantee?

Allow us 48 hrs for verification and to initiate a refund request

On successful verification, the entitled ticket amount will be credited back to your original account. The remaining amount will be added to your udChalo credits wallet.

  • Booking done through udChalo from 01JAN24 onwards are eligible.
  • Avail the benefit in next 30 days after your claim is rejected by PAO.
  • Officers or equivalent entitled class is not eligible under this program
  • udChalo credits can be used in next 90 days to book air ticket
